Ca La Bandeta is a house in Jávea renovated with a clear editorial position: white throughout, nothing superfluous. Wall-mounted basins, concealed storage, and frameless shower enclosures give the bathrooms a paired-down quality that contrasts with the warmth of the exterior.
The renovation was extensive but quiet. New plumbing, new electrical, new finishes, and new built-in furniture, all resolved in a palette that refuses to compete with the light. The result is a house that feels considered without feeling designed.
