The renovation began with the floors: wide terracotta tiles laid long before comfort was a design category, their surfaces worn smooth by decades of bare feet and Mediterranean light. Everything built on top was designed to step back and let them lead. White plaster, raw oak, rattan — a palette that asks nothing from the space and gives everything to it.
