Casa Valls is an existing property in Jávea where the renovation worked with rather than against its Mediterranean structure. Stone arched openings frame the outdoor dining and living areas. Terracotta tile, handmade ceramics, and natural linen carry through from exterior to interior.
The project focused on restoring proportions and adding light where the original layout had created shadow. New pendant lighting, repointed stone, and a cohesive material palette across all levels give the house a clarity it had lost over time.
