La Vida Dolça

Light, curves, and Mediterranean calm by Jessica Bataille

a Vida Dolça unfolds through a sequence of soft transitions and carefully measured spaces. The project reflects a quiet approach to design, where atmosphere, proportion, and material presence guide the experience of the home rather than overt gestures.

A mediterranean home defined by light, soft geometry, and a sense of continuity. The project builds on the original architecture, preserving its character while adapting it to contemporary living. Natural materials, curved forms, and restrained interventions create spaces that feel calm, balanced, and timeless.

A restrained palette of natural materials defines the interior and exterior spaces. Textured walls, soft finishes, and muted tones emphasize tactility and comfort. Each material is chosen for its durability, warmth, and ability to age naturally over time.

La Vida Dolça is conceived as a place for slow living. The spaces encourage ease, continuity, and a close connection to their surroundings. The home balances functionality and atmosphere, offering a setting that feels both grounded and adaptable to everyday life.
